Like riding a horse!

Dropped my bike last night (lost my footing on loose gravel )

Picked the bike up and checked for damage...........left peg snapped off *&%$#!

Had to ride home like straddling a horse! No real 'moments' on the way home, apart from an aching leg.

Managed to cut down and fit the pillion peg as a temporary measure until the new ones arrive.

I hate it when that happens!

Commiserations.

If the peg is steel it is possible to weld back together (local back-street garage, £10).

Otherwise Sir has offered to contribute significantly to the funds of the manufacturer.

Alloy, unfortunately, so a call to Mr Silver and his wagon of spares!
