investment ideas

looking for ideas really on how to invest around 50k, have no use for the money in the near future, so some sort of low/medium risk for maybe 3-5 years or so.

im just a young'un and never done this before and noticed others had asked similar questions in this forum in the past.

You try something like Property Development never used them but i'm looking at stuff like that

Mark & Spencers... did some Crimbo shopping with the Mrs and stuff is flying off the shelves, it was heaving. Shirely they MUST be having a good Christmas sales period. The high profile advertising seems to be working, and the women really like the current range !!!!

With that sort of money, see a good financial advisor, sure you pay commission but over 3-5 year investment, well worth it. Can put you in touch with my one if you like.

Impossible to answer without knowing more about you, your likely future needs and current investments and attitude to risk.

Lots of options for that amount.
