I have a selection of A4 documents that i need to combine, ok that easy but

I would like to combine them so they are formated to be on A3 but contain 2 of the A4 PDFs

If anyone knows a way it would be appriciated

Change your PDF printer setting to A3, then tell your application to print 2-up!
