any one got any recommendations for tyres for a bandit 600 that is used for a 80 mile a day commute mainly on dual carriage way.

3000 miles from the current Metzler's before the rear has squared off is a bit much.

Something like a BT020 or Pirelli Diablo Strada I'd have thought.

Diablo Corsas are great for all round riding (inc. track days)

Diablos will square off and be screwed after about 4,000 miles. My wife uses them on her Firestorm and does a 60 mile round trip everyday. I think they're the best compromise to all round longivity and performance.

I've used them on my Aprilia Factory including a track day and apart from the back squirming when getting hand fisted with the gass they fine.

I have also got them on my XT660X for over the winter. Have tried alsorts and these seem to be the better all rounder. I'll go back to Continetal SuperMotards on the XT in the summer though as they're only £145 fitted compared to £210 for the Diablos.
