Had a dramatic experience on Tuesday on the Clapham Road (big main road in London). Stopped at lights, water sensor warning came on and a second later steam came bellowing out of the bonnet and water all over the place. The AA came and rescued me and towed the car to London TVR. I assumed and the AA man said this as well that one of the hoses had split. London TVR call me in the morning saying the car was fine all that needed doing was some of the clamps needed tighening up as half a dozen of them where leaking. Now the point of this is London TVR serviced my car about 500 miles ago, they said checking this isn't part of the service. It sounds to me like it should be one of the first things that's checked but anyway should i kick up a fuss as they are charging me £60 or something or just take it on the chin?

Kick up a fuss! Think of the possible damage to your engine. Good luck!
