Monaco GP tickets - putting my mind at rest.

I've purchased tickets for next years Monaco GP from the following site -f1tickets.com. Although it looks reputable and there was a link to another security site I have yet to receive an e-mail confirmation even though I have followed up with another e-mail (been over a month now). Has anyone used them in the past? Starting to get a bit worried that I may have been had!
