Fiat Oil

My folks have just bought a Ducato 15 based Murvi motorhome with a 2.8 TD engine. The handbook recommends oil from Celina (Selina?)which I assume is something Italian. Their local Fiat dealer recommends Shell Helix PLus but not to mix the 2. Should this Celina stuff be easy to find or is it something else over here?

My local Fiat main dealer sells Selenia through the parts desk. I didn’t think it was especially hard to get hold of, although I tried to get some last week and they only had one 2 litre container left! Not sure if that means they sell a lot or supply is slow. I was advised I could get it from the Alfa dealer around the corner as well. I’d phone the parts department of any other local Fiat/Alfa places and I’d have thought they’d have it/be able to get it.
Alternatively, somewhere like shop4parts stock Selenia
