If all the suggested, aired and rumoured plans for road charging go ahead, I'd just like to announce that I will NOT:

1) Insure my car/bike
2) Tax my car/bike
3) MOT my car/bike

I mean, feck it, its just going to be the easiest, cheapest and most convenient option for any sane and lucid member of the public. Hell, depending on how big my balls are feeling on any given day, I might try stealing petrol from forecourts, too.

It'll be interesting to see if I still agree with myself tomorrow in the cold light of soberness.

Night.

Steddy on now! don't do it all at once. I think you will see things like convoys and shut downs of towns etc b4 it gets to that!

doubtless the government will put up detectors everywhere, just to make sure everyone is complying. So you won't be able to get far with a car that isn't taxed or insured

I was thinking of posting a thread like this.

All this road pricing/car tracking/stupidity is reliant on us grudgingly complying. When we say no to all of this and they don’t ever listen its infuriating.

If everybody "borrowed" each others number plates most of this nonsense would come crashing down. We wouldn't notice the lack funding for road improvements because the roads are so badly maintained anyway.

I think you would find we would just end up having to pay each others fines!
organised disruption is the only way but we all have to do it or we will succumb.
