Ducati museum/ Factory

I've just got back from a tour of the ducati museum and factory, very intresting tour but no photo's were allowed inside the factory. Production of the 1098 is really going at the moment the place is crawling with the top spec model. Anyone else been?

Yes, went last January and agree that both the museum and factory tour are excellent. The factory tour is very literal, as I'm sure you found, as they take you down the production line and detail every stage of build. Thoroughly recommend it

when I went they would only allow pics of the museum they where hot with it too asked me to put my camera away twice when going for a sneaky shot.

Lambo on the other hand, I got a few sneaky shots in there

but then again lambo have windows in the gallery so you can see straight into the production line so mabe they aint too bothered just tell you no photos before the tour?

When we were at Lamborghini they had the shutters closed in the gallery as they were actively working on the Gallardo ragtop and didn't want anyone seeing.

I also threw-up in the Lamborghini factory.

I really fancy taking MrsTip for a nice, romantic trip round the Ducati factory - I'm being lazy today though, and wondered if you lot could shed some light on how I go about organising it?
