I have heard there is a facelift due out in March April 07 can anyone confirm this .

Unlikely. About a year too soon for the 5 series facelift. I would expect one in Sept 08.

There is one reportedly but its more mechanical than cosmetic. 535d will get the lighter 286bhp lump from the 335d together with paddle shifters.

Not sure what else is changing.
