help ! trade plates anyone ?

I'm based east london and are taking car for emission test.

Don't you have to be, like, a trader to use trade plates? and drive the car under your trader insurance?

that's exactly the problem not knowing anyone. I met up talked with BO55 and bovered79 and hsv_rulz at the ace cafe brocky day I had my SS commodore there, but not knowing dealers like you know back home makes thing even harder for simple jobs. Obiviously I don't expect someone to give me them out of the blue and would leave some sort of deposit as well. Anyway no harm in asking.
