Dodgy rear end
Discussion
I have had my Chim for a few months now and slowly been getting use to its handling. Now its getting a bit warmer i have been pushing it a bit harder in the corners. However, i have noticed that on left hand bends when the weight is shifted onto the right the rear susp seems to suddenly drop un nervingly.I cant say by how much but i dont notice it on right hand corners. It just seems to compress/drop quickly rather than in a controlled compression which feels like the back could step out if pushed a little harder.
Is this characteristic of the suspension as the spring takes up the load or has anyone else noticed this???
I have checked tyre pressure.
Are the dampers adjustable i have red dampers with yellow coils are these standard issue for a chim 4.0L
There are no obvious oil leaks from the damper although i thought this works to stop the spring bouncing back after the compression.
Any feed back appreciated.
