I think you will find that a lot of people arent allowed to sign the petitions at that site. I have certainly tried with two different petitions, got a message telling me my vote will only be registered when I receive an email from them and click the link. But they never send the email.

I'm not the only one, heard this from others on PH and elsewhere.
