Can't get in drivers door from outside

Can you help?

The door button is not working on my drivers door from the outside. It works perfectly fine from the inside button. This means that I have to open the passenger door and lean over to pop open my door. Being a laydee this is not very elegant and means I show my bum to all and sundry!!

Any ideas?

I've heard you do that all the time anyway .
It seems (obviously) that there is something wrong with the mirror door button. I would take off the inner door panel, lots of Allen head screws alonf the inside, top and bottom edges of the door, and check all the wiring connectors, they are prone to corrosion.

Obviously - oh yes, gosh I'm such a girl!!

I will now have to hassle my husband to take a closer look. Who said equality is dead!
