Excel Password Recover tools

Can anyone help me out, I ahve got a spreadsheet, That i need to remove the password from so i can work out how Gordon Brown and the DfT are using the CO2/Pollution estimates in there appraisal for new roads etc

Can anyone ehlpe me?

I can get on with my research now how the Governemtn are using CO2 in the justification in building new roads
