Multimedia presentations

[orinoco]

I have PowerPoint and Photostory and think they are great and have made loads of presentations using this software but now I am looking for something that has a few more features than these - in particular more animation and effects facilities......Anyone using anything that they can recommend please.....

For really complex super polished presentations Flash would seem to be the obvious choice.
