Got 15k to spend do i go for a early boxster or a tvr cerb,only being used for fun i had a s series tvr before and loved it and a 3.2 carrera and loved that as well.Any opinions would be great.

I'd get a decent 968 cab (assuming you want a droptop) instead of an early boxster. But then i'd get a 3.2 carrera instead of the 968 cab.

If it were me and i needed a drop top, i'd try to find a turbo bodied (supersport) 3.2 carrera cab without rear spoiler.

Nice 87 Supersport Cab at 911Virgin guys no spoiler albeit IMHO the teatray suits the 930 shape. Low mileage in Blue £18k i think.
Lovely motor and rare, will not lose value, unlike the Boxter

Weekend toy = Lotus Elise S2 135R

I'd av a boxter over a an Elise.
More of a track car. Good fun the Lotus though had one in 98 early R plate for 2 months, tireing car though for any trip over 1/2 hour.
