Followed a car(outside lane) at 30mph on a 40mph dual carrageway, car infront finally pulls over as we enter an underpass so I speed up and overtake only to exit the underpass at 75-80 and find a mobil speed trap on the other side..(arse)
Just got the nip form in the Wifes name.
What should I do?
If it go's to court do I have to attend?
Has anyone else been done at these speeds in a 40 mph zone?

Were you more than 30 over the limit? I understood if under 29/30mph over the limit you get 3 points and a 60 pound fine.

Got less than 2 offences/6 points? If so, take it like a man. You've admitted speeding after all. Is there much to fight?
