Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes !!

My Motorola Razr phone broke over the weekend, and although i can recieve calls the main screan is just blank. The external screen is fine as far as i can tell but is just a problem with the inside screen.

What i need to do is get all the data off it, i.e. phone numbers and photos.... is there any way to do this ?
Orange were useless... any heklp appreciated

thanks

If you've had it less than 12 months, go to a Motorola service centre and get them to repair it for free (take your receipt).

If you ask nicely, they will also backup and restore your data too

I had a Sony Ericsson which screwed up and they were very nice to do this for me.

In future make sure all your numbers are stored in the SIM not the phone. Then all you have to do is take the SIM out and put it in another handset (any handset) and away you go :-)

do you have a data cable? Could you connect it to a pc with the Motorola data suite and just sync it?
