I think it was a spam/deleted post, I got a PM off him about it a while back.

It was some spam about a special area on BSJ for camping IIRC.

Allow me to explain guys and I apologise to those I've PM'd if it's been construed as spam. Not my intention at all as I have written to people personally.

I've been doing a small tour for a few years now and love taking people down to Le Mans for their first time. Several now come back every year.

Yes, the original post got deleted cos I was offering something for sale. It's not a commercial venture however. Last year I organised a convoy of some 20 cars and more than 40 people which was a brilliant laugh but we struggled to get everyone pitched in the same area when we arrived at dawn on Friday.

So, for 2007 I decided to take a nice private area of BSJ campsite with room for 90 cars and surrounded with trees just for a laugh and to get enthusiasts together for a bit of a party and hopefully a hog roast on the Friday night. The key aspect being as anyone that wants to join us need not worry about getting pitched if they arrive late. Every car wll have 49sq metres guaranteed and, if you are several cars together I will make sure you remain so. Try getting that on Friday afternoon! If anyone is yet to book and wants to come with us then please drop me a PM.

Personally, I can't wait for 2007 especially with the return of Peugeot and Porsche in LMP.

From what I read, there is little, if any chance, of your seeing a Porsche RS until '08.

Well that would be bad news. But, isn't the Porsche LMP2? Probably be nowhere near the Audis anyway. LMP2 is being more restricted next year.
