PM'ing...................

Does anybody have any experience of unsuccessful use the the 'PM' option ?? I've sent a few questions out to people via their profile (I assume people are happy to receive such things as they've entered an e-mail address) but rarely hear anything back ??

Also people have sent me mail but only occasionally receive something.

Is there somebody monitoring things 'I.T.' to ensure all systems are GO ??

Apparently its more of a problem if its a hotmail address...as I say...apparently.
