I received the offer also but not tempted at this price....hang on a while as somewill will drop the price substantially in the New Year INHO.

I received this offer too.....but as I have just bought the brand new tomtom6 from them I though it was a bit rich offering me the opportunity to purchase MORE up-to-date maps!

Took a lot of chasing and 2 weeks to receive the product from them - NOT impressed with tomtom as a company but the program is superb.

TomTom are, quite honestly, rubbish... however, their products are good.

yes Agree. The physical products are superb, however their after sales service and software update capability sucks.

For example, I bought ALL the extra maps for my 300, along with a moody Sandisk card from FleaBay - but hey, thats another story. I downloaded the ZIP files and installed them, yet when I installed TT Home, it said, you might want to download all these maps, sonny - sure enough, it was all the sodding maps I'd already installed. And downloaded!

I mailed their support monkeys and they replied "Yes it does do that, isn't it great?!!"
