Hi All,

I have just received a PCN from Barnet Council for parking on a yellow line at 6:53pm. There were no road signs near where I parked to indicate that there were any waiting or parking restrictions in force. The nearest signs were at least 35-40 meters away and these stated that you could not park or load until after 7pm. Does anyone know if I have sufficient grounds (i.e. due to the fact that there were no signs near to where I had parked) to appeal the PCN? Links to any official sites would be most useful.

Cheers

You'd be better off in the Speeding, Plod and Law forum - now that you've signed up you should be able to see it if you're logged in.

Try www.parkingticket.co.uk also
