Had a good look at the front of the car recently (350i), with it in mind to tackle some of the stone chips. Blimey. I hadn't realised how many there were! I recon there are around 50 easily visible chips, which is a shame, because the rest of the car is mint. Theres one chip on the bonnet leading edge, and one on the drivers door mirror.
Whats the feasibility of getting the nose resprayed? Is painting fibreglass any different from painting steel? Should I use a specialist paintshop, or is my local geezer going to be ok doing it?
