Just some advise and ideas please?
I will soon need to change the rear tyres on my 997 c2S.
I was thinking of trying to get hold of some "nice" wheels for summers use, plus it allows me to change for cleaning etc. Maybe even keep one in Thunderbird 4 (110 landy) for emergency road side rescues.
I have seen a wheel styal some time ago "Daytona" rings a bell, a bit of a spiders web styaling-ish in pale gold ??.
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas of type and where to obtain with tyres at a fair price/deal? My 997 is guards red and I have had the original 19" wheels done in black but retained the original colour on the rim (teqequip styal). This maybe nothing but what are the numbers I noticed on the outside of my wheels?? number 11 I think?
Thanks for you help...

I like the 19" Carrera wheels, and think they suit the car well tbh.

Don't get anything too fancy with lots of spokes/corners etc, as unless you run ceramics,
they will be a bitch to keep clean !!

This is what's good about some of the Porsche 5 spoke wheels.

The only ones i would suggest, are Techart Formula wheels, they look classy, and
easy to clean.

Thanks Glenn, I have looked at these but a little bit like the originals. I also like the "S" wheels. Just fancied something a little more, complexed if that makes sense? When it comes to wheel cleaning, nothing but nothing can be as bigger pain than the wires on my Jag MK2 3.4. Truly a job from hell!!

Check out PWS wheels they do a lot of styles and they have a new range simular to these but in black they looked fantastic ,But I did not want 19s on my 993
