old scooter riders
Discussion
i was driving down my local high street this eve and had stopped in a long que of traffic. i was in fairly close to the curb as its a tight highstreet.
been sitting there for about a minute when an old guy on a scooter bumps up onto the pavement drives along side shakes his fist at me then squeezes in infront. not a clue why he seemed to be angry that i was in his way!!
old people on the roads = bad
old people on bikes on the road = very bad

I agree with you. Interesting point actually....At what age do people start getting worse at driving/riding. There must be a peak" in everyone's performance!!
ps - why are you stopping at the end of a long queue of traffic, and not filtering to the front? Also, why were you next to the kerb?
Just wondering (guess the commuter)!!!

Sounds like so many people (old, young and in the middle) on the road today. ‘You are in my way so should get out of my way – regardless of what you are doing or who is legally in the right’! You just have to ignore them and ensure that you don’t become one of them!

Interesting statement. At what point does someone become old? I’m sure lots of ‘old’ people think the same about the ‘young’. Surely it would be better to say:
Bad drivers on the roads = bad
Bad drivers on bikes on the road = very bad
