What difference would you expect between BHP at the wheels and BHP and the flywheel when on a rolling road?

It all depends on the type of transmission, and tyres. 4WD 20-22%, Rwd 18-20% fwd and transverse rear engine rwd 16-18%. Add/subtract a couple of % for big dirrerances in tyre size. All of the above should have a tolerance of +- 15%. In the end of the day it is guesswork! The only true way to know is to do an engine dyno run and then a chassis dyno run and do the subtraction.
