What travel insurance policies cover non-competitive trackdays?

Haven't used them myself but some folks in the Westfield club have used www.moris.co.uk/ - cost about £80 per day

I use www.competition-car-insurance.co.uk/ to insure my car and cover includes 4 UK track days.+44 1159415255

Just got the renewal for next year and additional UK track days will be £40 per day.

try phoning four counties. They used to offer PA insurance for non competitive motorbike track days with a specific organiser (Byrne-up). Not sure whether this is available for general use though. Worth a call?
