Hi, when I crank up the heater in the Tam the dash says Heater Flap Stuck or something and no heat comes out of the vents. The fan still works as normal and the car hasn't got A/C. Anyone know where I can find the flap and is there any proper technique to free it up? Many Thanks

From the dash main menu in the settings you can change the flap position (think it's usually 16). This may free it up if you do it a few times.

Thanks mate. Might sound a bit stupid (and I'm going to go and have a play in a minute) but how do you alter the settings on the menu? Thanks again.

Tamster.

Rayvonn, youll probaly find the heater flap stepper motor has stripped its gears, they tend to fail at this time of year, ive had two replaced in my Tamora, the flap motor is about 35 pounds plus 1 hours labour at an Indie/Main dealer its a fiddly/awkward job to do.
