Any anti-mist products for the rear window

There's several anti-mist products (Rain-x, Farecla etc) for the front/side glass windows, is there anything out there that can be put on the plastic rear screen? Has anyone tried these on the plastic?

The rain-x bottle says not to use it on any plastics but that's probably due to lack of testing to indentify plastics it can be used on.

Also has anyone tried the exterior products on the outside plastic rear screen? Mer's equivelent of rain-x has no warning about using on plastic.

I know the easiest solution is just to have a chamois in the car.

I wouldnt recommend rain x on anything apart from glass. It stripped the colour off a bit of my leather trim when it leaked out of the container

FOund this while trawling the Demon Tweeks site. Its a fog off treatment for motorecycle visors. Might work, Ill give it a try next week, itll give me an excuser to drive over there throiugh the lanes.

Farecla is an abrasive compound used in the finishing of vehicle paint work. I wouldnt recommend it on plastic windows as it would scratch. You could try Farecla G10 which is very fine, but you would have to be careful.

Smokers Toothpaste would be an idea.. personally, I use RENVO products. they work really well.

I'd meant the Farecla anti-mist product - www.farecla.com/index2.asp?id=475&stage=Anti Mist&set=2 .From a point of view of cleaning/polishing the back window I've tried Renevo which I was quite impressed with. I now use 303 aerospace protectant which is awesome.
