also, windows are frozen on passenger side and periodically go up and down. Thought it was the interior dash window up/down buttons but when fiddling around with the door lock mechanism on the passenger door arch, the window will go up and down? anyone had a problem with the switch inside or can anyone advise?? on drivers side the window will only go down half way?? thanks

This sounds like the runners are jammed. The windows slide up and down a "U" shape runner at the front and back edges of the window. These can get full of grime which slows the window down and in bad cases stops it altogether. I've never fixed it myself but have used silicone lubricant which can be squirted down the front and rear edges of the window, it's smear at first but should help. If this doesn't fix it it's a quick job which and TVR garage should be able to do in less than 1/2 hour to clean the runners.
