Greetings all,

Has anyone built/had experience of a marlin sportster (thanks for the tip sparks) built using the BMW E30 as the donor?

It looks like a great car, and with the left-overs from an E30 318is should be fairly quick without the hassle and cost of a large and high-maintenance engine.

Marlin seem to be well-established and refreshingly friendly - and anyone corroborate or contradict this early impression?

Can anyone supply or point me at any technical data for the car (weights, speeds, costs)? the Marlin website isn't very comprehensive in this area.

Ta Muchly,
M

totalkitcar reviewed one, might find some more info in there:

Think their demo car is E30 M3 based, and any E30/E36 engines can be used.
