Delete Word Doc Titles ?

Hmm, had to update my CV in a rush, so brought it into work on a floppy and loaded it up onto my works 'puter and did my stuff.

Take the disc home, but now if I open Word and go to open up a document, there are 3 different titles with 'CV' all over them. Obvoiusly I'm a little keen for these not to be seen at work, so how do I get shut of them ?

Easiest way if you're not IT literate is just to open loads more different word docs until you can't see the name any more...

open up 3 other random word documents so they no longer appear in the recent files list
