Hi Chris,
On 450 I had, found best result was Nitrons and then the bushes. I left the brakes as were OK I thought. Then I had 16" wheel / brake upgrade which was dogs b****x. Ian at Torque RVT, mad mechanic on tour, does Protechs from Track Car and they are much cheaper and have a good write up. He did the bushes on my Griff, but is quite expensive as very labour intensive. He may be on NW trip so have a word or give him a ring. 01606 831244
See you on 30th.

IMHO Bushes. If the bushing is worn, it is like having a chassis made from a string bag so any other improvements made cannot really be evaluated. A good alignment is also important.
If you do the bushes yourself it is a good opportunity to check / overhaul quite a few other things.
