hi all, hope you are enjoying this weather, just a few questions i would like to ask you all, i am going to look round a few dealers for a used tamora, and as i have never delt with tvr before just wondered what sort of deal i should be looking out for, should i expect to get a few thousand off the price, or are they pretty much fixed? and maybe get an extra years warrenty and a free service thrown in or is this far to much to expect? it will be a straight cash in hand deal. I should not get a reply before the sun goes down as all of you tamora owners should be out enjoying your pride and joy, and those of you stuck indoors just get the f... out there! many thanks guys and girls.

Hi, I am replying before the sun goes down, but have already been out for a thrash around the countyside in the Tamora, roof off of course, and then down to the pub for a couple of pints before home for the yorkshire and sloppy peas So, am unable to legally take the Tamora out any more today anyway. Will be out there washing and polishing it instead

If you are not to fussy about the colour and the spec of the car, then yes, there are some cracking deals to be had out there. You only have to look at a few of the dealers websites to see the prices of their stock cars. Some of them are still of the old design (pre motor show cars, ie 2 small lights at the front), and are priced accordingly. However, if you want to spec your own car and have exactly what you want, then expect to pay the full amount. Personally, If I am paying in excess of £40K for a new car, then I want my own spec. I suppose it depends on how long you are prepared to wait to get behind the wheel.

sounds like you have had a good day, just come back from a spin in my elise with roof off, but had the girlfriend moaning about the wind in her hair, i would love to have my own speccar but alas only have around £32k to spend would i be able to get a tamora at that price? i was thinking that if it was up for sale at arounf £34k i would get it for about £32k.
On another matter all together my local dealer is mole valley in chestington surrey, where a 6000k service is £603 and 12000k service is £827 i thought that was about right, alot of money but about the correct price, but as i was writing my first post today i noticed a tvr site at the top of the page, clicked onto it and servicing costs for the tamora are as followes, 6000k = £250 12000k = 450.
Is that a really good price? they are based in cambridge site, www.offord.com
