Door to Window Seal

Hi Guys.

I have got to change the seal that runs along the top of the
door between the door and the glass.

TVR Parts have them in stock (number V0170) priced at £2.20 plus
VAT. Has anyone here changed them as it looks like the door panel
and window need removing. One my car it looks like the seal is bonded
to the door, the one TVR parts are selling looks like it fits into
a groove in the door?

Its a bugger to do, I removed the door panel (access the nuts via the speaker hole) then undoing a series of nuts and self taper screws you can get the door card off, then you need to remove the glass. Oncde thats done you can remove the old seal, which is indeed stuck with adhesive to a recessed channel in the outer side of the door.
