Stolen recovered 360

Can any one shed any light on the following car.

Every chance the above link wont work.
So it is a 52K 360 Modena in red on Autotrader.
Would it be a pain to sell as it has been stolen recovered?
Does it work the same way as Cat C/D.

Yes , it would be more difficult to sell on - not as bad as a cat c/d but you are limiting your market.

Would personally pay a little more, get a 'clean' no story car (red/crema) and avoid any issues comes resale

I'm sure if this got nicked again, the valuation the insurance company would put on it would be a fair bit lower than advertised
