Hi,

Interloper from the TVR forums here...after a new daily driver, and being a company owner, I'm quite keen to exploit the potential for a company van...however HMRC are as always not 100% clear with the information they provide.

So, does anyone here run a Maloo as a company van - and tax it accordingly?

Ta.

Don't know anyone that does, but i see no reason why you shouldn't. It is a commercial vehicle!

You know you want one!!!! :

I know I want one

The potential for "company van" makes it a no brainer...have got the accountant on the case!

Fingers crossed...

I used my SS ute as a company 'van' with no problems at all. Had the receipt made out as a commercial vehicle, and insured it as a commercial vehicle, and got all the VAT back. As it's only a 2 door, they won't class it as a passenger vehicle. I now have a Maloo as a company hack here in NZ. A 2003 in sting red, 45,000km's new 19's with new 245 35's, cat back, full 3 year dealer warranty, in mint condition for 12,0000 pounds!!!!!!!!!! I love this place!!!!!!!!!

I'm a Hammers fan too (good luck Curbishly by the way), but Iron Maiden fans also use this chant (I'm a maiden fan too!).
Just wondering if he's any of these?
