Early Tuscan Software

Has anyone got some software that will talk to an early Tuscan that they can send me, the car is an X reg and has a three pin connection on it.
At the moment the car is running rough and one of the cats is glowing cherry red, it would be a great help if i could link up to it to find the fault then tune it up after.

Maybe it is just the Cat that is knackered? I reckon you'll be hearing the familiar tomes of "get it de-catted!" soon enough....
