Rolling Road?

My car is standard from the factory with unmodified exhausts. Is it worth taking in to be checked out on a rolling road? If so how much is it likely to cost? Any ideas how long the process takes? If its say one hour per car( purely speculative), would half a dozen people be interested and see if we can negotiate a deal. Are the benefits noticable, I really have no idea.?
