Wedge window ?

Simple question from new wedge owner....is the driver side window exclusively TVR or can it be replaced with a common doner?

As is the way at Christmas, when you've eaten & drunk far too much.... I found myself perusing E-Bay. There's two side glasses and a screen on there!
Sure you've all seen 'em, but I thought I'd mention it!
