Converting old cassettes to digital

I know you can buy record decks to use to record your vinyl but can you get a cassette deck to do the same?

When I did mine, I just used a mini jack to mini jack lead straight form the cassette player into the soundcard.

I then used some software to clean it all up.

Thanks, sounds technical but will give it a whirl.

Connect from the head phones socket on the player to the pc, at the back of the pc should be an input jack the same as on the player, using this lead....
