Racing Green holds open day

Fancy mince pies and mulled wine?

none
Racing Green Cars thought that PHers might need an automotive injection over the Christmas and New Year period, so it's holding an open day on Thursday 28 December from 10:00 to 16:00.

There will be seasonal refreshments in the form of mince pies and mulled wine, or coffees, hot chocolate, etc.

On display will be the first 2007 Specification TVR Tuscan, plus a serious 7.0 litre Mosler 900 GTS and plenty of other TVRs, as well as classic and modern Jaguars.

Specialists will be on hand to talk to you about driving tours, advanced driving and camera systems for your car

If you plan on attending, please add your comments below indicating:

  • How many people will be coming with you.
  • What car you will be using on the day.

Well I will be there. I need my Sagaris back!

Hopefully some TVRCC Bristol motors will come out for a spin if there's nothing good on the telly and they've had enough turkey.

And here's a taster of the new 2007 Tuscan and a sneaky glimpse of the Mosler ... nice huh?

Thanks for hosting the pictures Sharon ! S6 AXE - the "orangest" Sagaris ever built - is looking forward to seeing you on Thursday. Really sulking at the mo' having to spend Christmas alone at Racing Green. !!

STOP PRESS

Thursday will now see the first public showing of the brand new Zeemax Jaguar XKR conversions.
We will have a standard XKR coupe with a body conversion here and Barry is also bringing his awesome wide-bodied XKR as well. This one has 345 section rear tyres, which should give you a clue as to the width of this beastie. And its all done very tastefully too !

NUMBERS

I have been receiving posts off the Pistonheads site from Racing Green customers and those coming - who have not posted on this site - are now up to 48 . So, don't think you will turn up to a small gathering. So far, the cars coming include TVRs, XKR Jaguars, the fastest XJR in the UK, Aston Martins, Corvettes, Mercedes, Loti, an Autokraft Cobra, and a TR6. There is also an XKR (new model aluminium version) and the driver has offered to give rides in this car. So, don't be shy, put a posting up indicating how many you will be on the day and what car you are coming in. Lets try and crack 100 plus cars on the day !

With Best Regards, Chas

Those wheels look great on the Sagaris but don't work at all on the Tuscan. They are very much at odds with the organic shapes of the Tuscan bodyshell.

I'll be popping in in my MGB and I reckon my boss might be easily persuaded to join me in his Griff 5.0.
