Blocking cold air vents into cabin.....?

Anyone know where the inlets for cold air into the cabin are.

Anything over 60mph results in me getting very cold feet, even with the heater on full blast.

I want to block the vent intakes to stop this happening. (Mainly cos I have a 3hr drive to do on boxing day......)

Just below the front indicators there is a hole which takes air up into the wing, what i did 4 years ago was to put a plastic bag up ito the wings and fill it with explanding foam, and bingo, warm feet, if you want to remove it, then due to it been in the bag it just pulls out.
I put the bag in the top of the wing, I got to it though the pannel in the wing where the wheel is.

Does that hole have anything to do with cooling the brakes as well, or is is just for ventilation?

I can't see how it can get to the brakes, but where I have blocked it off, if it did get to the brakes before it still can now.

I got my Cerb during the cold weather at the beginning of November. I was really cold on my first long trip in spite of all the cold air vents being closed and the hot vents open and fan on max. There was a draft all around my feet.
Yesterday I traced the culprit to the hole behind the seat through which the rail anchoring the bottom of the seat belt strap runs into the body. Stuffed a rag tidily into the hole (did both sides of the car although the corresponding hole on the passenger side is much smaller for some reason) and bingo, no drafts and now warm as toast.
