Four questions:

1) Does anybody elses SMG gearbox sometimes bang through the gears? Sounds very unsympathetic to the drivetrain!

2) How do you adjust the tilt on the drivers seat? Mine's not quite upright enough.

3) Can you refurbish the alloys as I kerbed mine recently?

4) Can you fix the carbon roof if it gets a chip?

Thanks in advance for any comments....

In modes s5 & s6 the banging is quite severe when changing gear, don't worry about it.
Some bolts - search on bm3w for a guide.
Yes.
Dunno.

In my experience the transmission can be a bit lumpy at times.

As mentioned above.

Very easily and quite cheaply some places. (Unless very badly damaged of course).

I was told no or at least not easily.

Cheap to refurb... I highly recommend www.lepsons.com/ you are in or around London. But then to be honest these wheels are refreshingly cheap to buy new so you could always do that and keep the scuffers for track days bounce

Hmmm, that's a good idea! Or put the new fronts on for trackdays...
