Truly awfull policing.

Coming back from Weston Super Mare earlier, 9 PM, SC NSL, I'm in a queue of four vehicles. Vehicle 1 is doing GPS 46 mph with three of us behind. Vehicle 2 is a Focus estate Police car. Vehicle 3 is a BMW. Vehicle 4 is me.
The BMW indicates and overtakes vehicles 2 and 1. It looked a little odd because he was deliberately being legal and not exceeding 60, which made the overtake look a little drawn out. Still a perfectly legitimate manouevere though.
Then as if by magic the blue lights come on. Police car overtakes vehicle 1 and stops the BMW. Vehicle 1 doesn't know what's going on so stops behind the Police car, which has stopped behind the BMW.
I slow down and pull along side the BMW just as he winds his window down to talk to the officer. They both look at me but say nothing.
The young officer says "You shouldn't have overtaken there sir", BMW driver says "but it's a 60 limit sir", officer says "something was coming the other way". I say "I'll be your witness if you want" to the driver, but still they both don't say anything to me. Officer then pulls out a book, so I assume the BMW driver will be done for due care?
I then drove off thinking there's nothing I can do to help this guy if he won't speak up. He's basically being done for overtaking a Police car! I would be fuming mad if that copper did that to me. Little Hitlers shouldn't be allowed to wear the uniform.

Recently, I was fourth car in a line of four, again on a SC NSL. We were doing about 45-50, Essex plod were vehicle 2. I got so fed up in the end, I safely overtook at 60. I looked across at the Essex Mondeo as I overtook, my lip-reading skills were on top form that day as I clearly saw the male driver say to female passenger "Look at this wa**er!"
He then shot straight out behind me, overtaking the slower No1 car (the same one he'd been happy to stay behind at snails pace for the past mile), and drove two inches from me. I did a right at the next roundabout, where he clearly had to do a left, and off he went. Had I been going the same way I'd been expecting a pull and some sort of 'telling off'. I didn't do it to cause any kind of incident or argument, I just couldn't for the life of me understand what he was doing. Very odd. I've said on here a hundred times, there are good and bad BiB, fortunately the bad are in the real minority....

Differant situation but i was in sainsburys the other night waiting for a car parking space for ages, finally got one, did my bit of shopping and walked back to the car... Then comes along a female Police Officer in her patrol car pulls up right outside the door, gets out and goes to the front of the line for her lottery tickets... Legalised Criminals, they make me sick..........

If your outside how do you know she was getting lottery tickets??? How do you know she was not attending or dealing with a call?

Yeah your right, didnt think of that, one hand shes got her handcuffs at the front of the cue and the other her six numbers for saturdays draw!!!!!!!!!!! Iam no sherlock holmes but even i figured out she was just playing on the fact she was a police officer taking the piss yet again! One law for them and one for the general public. The fact is there was no incident and this type of thing goes on all the time, and I for one dont agree with it.

Sounds like the old green eyed monster has got you, would this be because you can't get away with it and someone else can?
I'm sure some of the local panda plod are just playing the baiting game. Twice recently I've been behind a panda driving at 35-40 on a NSL big wide A road good vis. No straights long enough for a safe overtake at 60 and as Im not in the chim I need a run up ;-)
So wait for a long straight I know is coming up and bugger me they speed up to 55. No way I am going for a 5mph overtake !
End of straight back to 35-40

.....Or the two you have been behind may just be average drivers who don't want to travel fast on a bendy bit of road.......or they may be doing their job and looking at what's happening around them.

Free Food from Takeaways, Park where you like to get your lottery tickets while on Duty now thats something iam really jelous about, why would i want to do the lottery when iam a multi millionaire anyway? besides id get my butler to collect my tickets when iam probally down to my last 5 Million! either way id never queue and even worse join the Force..........

No seriously the Old Bill get alot of stick for alot of differant reasons, what iam saying is that the WPC didnt do herself any favours doing what she did, iam married to a Serving Officers Daughter who is giving her a B%$£"cking on his next shift...
