Problems with Gmail

I have google mail set up, and works fine at work but when i try to access it at home i get this

This webbased or thru outlook?

If it's webbased try a diffrent browser like firefox, if still not working then i dunt know or a less it would be worth an install of java as gmail is all AJAX therefore uses java alot.

Unicode on a none unicode system? If your getting that through a browser then get a better one, same with your e-mail client.

HMMM i am using internet explorer, came with windows xp.... can i just download a new browser ?

I had this exact same problem with my gmail on my work computer when using Internet Explorer. Unfortunatly it is still doing the same thing and has not changed in months.

I new access my gmail using firefox which seems like a better program anyway.

Go here. download Firefox and it will work fine.

Are you at work? If so, would you be going through a corporate proxy (and are using IE)?

I ask as I had that where I work and they changed the proxy server. Apparently it's generating an error that IE doesn't know how to handle whereas FireFox ignores it.

Answer - try Firefox

Although im too lazy to use googlemail.com....
gmail.com still works fine!

I frequently get that problem using both firefox and ie at work. After several refreshes of the page, it works (for me, anyway).
