12v Live not live :(

Right, trying to fit the new head unit that came from Santa and having some issues, my permanent 12v live is no longer live (ham fisted tool usage provided a spark or two and now it's dead!)

I have a feeling I've blown a fuse, but having checked the under bonnet fuse box (drivers side) I can see no blown fuses..

HELP!!!

Should I be looking for some fuses elsewhere? Everything else still works (headlights, engine fires up, etc)..

PLEASE HELP! Car is in peices down stairs!

I did the same a couple of years back. Does the central locking and other gizmo`s still work? IIRC It were the fuse for the interior light/central locking that had blown for some reason

Check for things like interior lighting, time clock, etc.

Managed to sort it, there's an extra fuse box hidden behind a trim panel in the drivers side footwell, bitch to get to, but I got there in the end..

That isn't the end of the saga though.. oh well..
