I fired up my GTR and it runs well, despite a cracked oil cooler, which created a big mess in the left side pod. I built the engine about 16 months ago while waiting for my kit to arrive. The mapping seems pretty good, which concerned me since this is the first EFI engine I've built. Since there's no distributor or timing to set on the LS6 you just plug everything in and turn the key. I Hope to be OTR in a week or two to break in the engine for 500-1000 miles.
Then chassis dyno with a wide band O2, and off to the drag strip for some performance numbers.

Good man

It's easy to crack the oil coolers by overtightening the takeoff hoses I know, I did it on my Seven!

Yep, Stig,
overtightened, won't happen again.
Boosted LS1,
It sounds the same as any other SBC with a fairly radical cam, etc. Idles at 900 RPM with a pretty good lope. Throttle response is instantaneous with the Mass Air flow sensor EFI and ultra light reciprocating mass of the LS engine. Here's a link to some pics:
