Windows Mobile Activesync

I am trying to get activesync to merge the contacts on my wm5 phone with the contacts on outlook... but I'm stumped, it will more than happily create contacts from outlook too the phone but nothing back the calendar appears to be working ok just the contacts... the bit I actually wanted to work

Any ideas or do I have to type all my contacts into outlook?

Have you set the contact to copy over?

I know you can state what you want sync and what you don't want to. Try it's options.
